Cali House featured in the 2026 Annual issue of NE Home Cape and Island

Here at Homegig, we live for the chaos behind the calm.
You’ve seen the final shot: sunlight pouring through a 5,000-square-foot Martha’s Vineyard sanctuary. Gorgeous, right? But what you don’t see is the spreadsheet.
Let us pull back the curtain on the Cali House.
This project—a breathtaking blend of California ease and New England charm designed by Liane Thomas—was a dream to style. But our job wasn't just to fluff pillows. We were hired by the architect to handle the heavy lift: Editorial & Award Submissions.
That means we became the air traffic control.
Managing the Homeowner: Coordinating access so Dan Cutrona could get the shot without disrupting daily life.
Hiring the Crew: Booking the photographer and ensuring the shot list honored the architecture.
Styling & Staging: Selecting every piece to sing "coastal dream" without looking like a catalog.
The Pitching: Writing the narrative (yes, the one you read above) so editors at New England Home saw a story, not just a house.
The goal? Make every frame feel effortless and natural, while every submission form is meticulous.
We are thrilled to announce that the effort paid off. After months of wrangling, writing, and submitting, the Cali House has been accepted. We look forward to seeing this sanctuary on the pages of New England Home (Keeping an Island, Annual Issue 2026).
That’s the magic of Homegig. We do the invisible work so your design gets the visible spotligh
