Little Peanut
Since the mommy-to-be Ashley and Dad Eric knew she was having a boy she wanted a Baby Elephant Themed Baby Shower. Eivar decided to go with a turquois blue and gray color palette with a hint of Chevron stripes to set the tone for a modern and chic baby shower.
For the décor we incorporated hand-cut elephant felt mobiles suspended from the ceiling as well as blue Pom Poms, and ribbon banners for the food and dessert tables. The babies name, Aiden graced the tables centerpiece in large stenciled block letters.
The first activity we came up with was a paper cut-out of giraffes and elephants— a place where the guests could leave wishes and advice for the mommy-to-be. We provided little cards (of course, in the same theme) and little clothespins to attach to the diapers.
Lastly, we put together a snack bar filled popcorn, peanuts, cake pop rattles, blue punch, The guests got to leave with a small bag of goodies wrapped with blue ribbon and a small elephant attached with baby Aiden’s name.
